A win for Clare Abbott and Euro Prince

Following just one week after the 2017 Kilguilkey International Event, Danny and Michelle Dulohery hosted Kilguilkey (2) over their impressive track in Co. Cork

Clare Abbott and Euro Prince win the O/CNC2*

O/CNC2*

On their first outing since coming 14th at Badminton horse Trials, Claire Abbot and Euro Prince led from the start in the O/CNC2* to win on a score of 25.  Joseph Murphy & H L Mrs Imp also finished on a dressage score to finish second on a score of 30.5, with Jim Newsam & Magennis taking third on 32.3.

Catherine Robinson and Black Ice

O/CNC1*

In the O/CNC1* it was Catherine Robinson & Black Ice  who took the honours, finishing on a dressage score of 28, with Black Ice clocking up his third win this season,.

Sian Hawkes & Lady Baton Rouge

CNC1* – A

Only 0.3 of a penalty point separated the top two slots in this section. Sian Hawkes and Lady Baton Rouge  retained their lead after the dressage to take their second  win at Kilguilkey this season, finishing on 28 with Brian Morrison and Eastwood DHI coming in a close second on 28.3.

Once again the dressage score was the decider in the CNC1* – A section, which saw Elizabeth Power and DSL The Entertainer take pole position in their first Novice

Zara Nelson and OLS Inis Flaith

CNCJ1*

Zara Nelson and the Templebready Fear Bui gelding OLS INIS Flaith finished on 36.3 to win the CNCJ1* section ahead of Eamon Morrissey and Muchacho who finished on their dressage score of 37.

Rachel Power Wall and Majas Mobility fly over the table

CNCP2*

Only 3 points divided the top three slots in the CNCP2*, but it was Rachel Power Wall and Majas Mobility who took the honours finishing on 34.8 penalties, ahead of Holly Love and Cloughreagh Charlie in second and Ava Banahan and Regent Des Mauvis in third.
