Eventing Ireland have banned the use of helmet cameras, following the ban by British Eventing.
Safety concerns about wearing hat cameras have been in the news after a French journalist suggested a GoPro could have been a factor in Michael Schumacher’s condition.
Helmet cameras were banned at all British Eventing (BE) competitions, pending an independent report looking at their impact on rider safety.
