Busy three days of sales action across Ireland begins on Saturday

Potential purchasers of horses from Ireland will be spoilt for choice over the coming days, with three separate sales taking place in counties Cork, Galway and Kilkenny.

The Mayo Roscommon Horse Breeders Foal Sale takes place tomorrow, Saturday 5th October 2024 at Glenamaddy Equestrian Centre in Co Galway. A total of 95 foals will be on offer from top sires such as Big Star, SIEC Livello, Zirocco Blue and Vivant. Viewing is from 9am with the sale commencing at 10.30am. The Irish Draught Horse Breeders Association Cork/Kerry Branch will hold their Foal Show & Sale on Sunday 6th October at Ballybrack Equestrian Centre in Co Cork. The sale will feature a selection of Irish Draughts, Foals, Sport Horses, Ridden Horses and Ponies, commencing at 12 noon. The much-anticipated Goresbridge Select Sale of three-year-old showjumpers takes place this Monday October 7th with 23 lots on offer from top-class breeding lines including Chacco Bay, Cornet Obolensky, Vivant and Luidam. The full catalogue and online gallery is available hereĀ
