Joseph Murphy and Sportsfield Othello, Padraig McCarthy and Simon Porloe and Austin O’Connor and Balham Houdini have been eliminated after falls on the cross country course. This means that the Irish team who cannot now complete the championships.
Individuals Sam Watson and Horseware Lukeswell (with 15.2 time penalties) and Camilla Speirs and Portersize Just A Jiff (with 21.6 time penalties) and Michael Ryan and Ballylynch Adventure (9.9 time penalties)have completed the cross country.
Michael Ryan is the only team member to have finished the cross country – and has moved up from 50th after dressage to 14th place. Sam Watson is now in 13th and Camilla Speirs in 30th.
