International competition concluded in style at the 2026 Millstreet International Horse Trials, with world-class combinations battling it out across the levels in Co. Cork.
In the feature Noel C. Duggan Structural Steel CCI4*-S, New Zealand’s Jonelle Price delivered a top-class performance to take victory aboard SENOR CROCODILLO (NZL). Price finished ahead of Ireland’s Sarah Ennis and the ever-consistent DOUROUGH FERRO CLASS ACT [ISH], while Sian Coleman secured an impressive third place with CARROWGAR JE T’AIME MAX [ISH].

Kevin McNab with LONE RANGER (AUS)
The Connolly’s RED MILLS CCI3*-S saw Australia’s Kevin McNab and LONE RANGER take the win after a strong finishing performance. Ireland’s Steven Smith and YOU NEEK [ISH] finished runner-up, with Sam Watson claiming third aboard NOMINATOR.
In the Foran Equine CCI2*-S, Great Britain’s John Tilley topped the leaderboard with GRAND ESPOIR. Irish rider Lexi Kilfeather produced an excellent performance for second with HASCHICH DE TALMA, while Alison Holden and LATES EDDIE [ISH] completed the podium in third.
The Coral Cove Championship CCIYH2*-S for six and seven-year-olds highlighted the future stars of the sport, with Ian Cassells and BT JUST SPECIAL [ISH] taking top honours. Lucy Latta finished second with KEAMORE LOUISE [ISH], while Sian Coleman added another podium finish to her weekend in third with ROCK FESTIVAL [ISH][TIH].
In the Carr & Day & Martin CCI1* Intro, Nicky Roncoroni and CARRIGSHAWN EBONY [ISH] claimed victory ahead of Ireland’s Hollie Smith with MR DICEMAN [ISH], while Eve Doyle and KING OF MOVEEN [ISH] took third place.

Anna Radford with ESSENAR DOUBLE DUTCH [ISH] (IRL)
The Connolly’s RED MILLS CCIP2*-S pony class produced strong competition, with Anna Radford and ESSENAR DOUBLE DUTCH [ISH] taking the win. Hannah Goold finished second aboard PADDYS BEST, while Suzie Cosgrove and KILCOLTRIM SWIFT rounded out the top three.
Meanwhile, the Treo Eile Thoroughbred EI105 showcased the versatility of former racehorses, with Phonsie Wardell and WHYDAH (TB) taking the win. Daragh Byrne finished second with JOE BLOM (TB), while Cathal Daniels claimed third aboard SELKIE (TB).
Millstreet once again delivered a superb week of international eventing competition.
