The sun shone at Kilmanahan for their final event this season. The event attracted 240 competitors even though it was competing with Millstreet for entries.
The feature class of the day, the O/CNC** was won by Joseph Murphy with Electric Cruise who was having a run before competing in the CCI*** at Pau. They finished on their dressage score of 23.6, Neilus O’Donoghue and Potterys Field took second slot on a score of 25.5 with Elizabeth Power and Cornascriebe Kings Master finishing third on 30.9.
The honours in the CNC2* went to Nicola Ennis and The Wolf Man who finished way ahead on their dressage score of 19.1. George Russell and Hyjak were second on a score of 22.7. Although in second position after the dressage, Clare Abbott and Glenkeeran River dropped to third place after 8 show jumping penalties.
