Les 5 Etoiles de Pau confirmed by the Prefecture des Pyrénées-Atlantiques (64)
The Prefecture des Pyrénées-Atlantiques confirmed that the event would indeed be going ahead from 21st to 25th October at the Domaine de Sers in Pau.
After several work meetings and discussions with Pascal Sayous, President of the 5 Etoiles de Pau and Managing Director of Centaure Events, the sous-préfet approved the proposals for managing the influx of visitors.
Visitors are authorized to enter the grounds, but numbers will be limited to 5,000 spectators at any one time in the event arenas and the exhibitors’ village. On Friday (for the carriage driving marathon) and Saturday (for the cross-country competition), spectators who are not in either of these areas are at liberty to walk along the 6.5 km course, set in the 65- hectare grounds of the Domaine de Sers.
Visitors will have to comply with the health regulations issued by the Prefecture, which means that face masks are compulsory everywhere on the site by decree.
All of the current health regulations will soon be published on the mobile App for the event.
