Tragic news has been received that Portuguese eventer Francisco Seabra has died as result of a fall whilst competing in the CIC** at Alegra Rancho Eventing Tour de Utrera-Sevilla in Spain today.
Francisco was riding the 12-year-old Aferzysta when they fell at fence 10C. The rider was attended by a doctor and team of paramedics but was declared dead at the scene.
Francisco Seabra represented Portugal at the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Normandy where he rode Zarthago.
